So, Nash and I went out a couple weeks ago for some "us" time.  We ended up in a place called "The Spotted Cow" in Mill Creek Town Center.  This place is awesome!  They have the usual coffee and non-coffee drinks, but they also have amazing ice cream.  Some of the flavors are as follows: coconut, coconut chip (huge chocolate chips, like the kind you melt to make yummy stuff), bride something (tastes like better cake batter than Coldstone), mint chip, Madagascar vanilla, P.O.G. sorbet, raspberry sorbet, strawberry lemonade sorbet, some gelatos.....

but the best one is Mint Manure!  The stuff looks like the latter, but tastes like Andes mints.  It is amazing!  You should probably plan to share, cause the servings are huge.

The also have a gated play area for kids with a puppet stage and other fun stuff.  Board games are available.  Also, a computer available for use. 

The whole area is pretty great to visit.  We have been to La Palmera for mexican & Boston's.  I would totally recommend both.  They both have outdoor seating options & Boston's has fun dessert for kids (worms in dirt :-).

I am wanting to purchase a hair straightener and would love to get some recommendations.  Anyone?
